Message From Our CEO
After seven years of immersion in the exciting world of child development, working as a teacher in a childcare center, I experienced a significant transformation by becoming a mother. This new stage of my life inspired me to make a brave and meaningful decision: to become a certified childcare provider. This choice not only allowed me to care for and educate my own daughter from the comfort of my home during her most formative years, but it also gave me the invaluable opportunity to share all the knowledge and experience accumulated over the years with other children under my care.
For five and a half years, I passionately and dedicatedly led groups of 2 and 3 year-olds, nurturing and guiding them in their growth and learning process. For another year, I had the privilege of working with children as young as 1 year old, sensitively and carefully adapting my approach to meet their unique needs. Additionally, for six months, I collaborated closely with a team of teachers in the nutrition and development of preschool-aged children, bringing my expertise and perspective to enrich their educational experience.
My educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management obtained in my home country of Venezuela, as well as obtaining my CDA (Child Development Associate) certification here in Beaverton, OR. These academic achievements have provided me with a solid foundation to understand the complexities of child development and apply effective strategies in my daily practice.
My passion for children and teaching is the driving force behind my daily work. My goal is to create a nurturing and nurturing environment that focuses on core values, where learning becomes a fun and exciting game. Through creative activities, art, music, reading, and community connection, I seek to meet the individual needs of each child and foster their holistic growth.
I am committed to providing exceptional child care and to working closely with parents to support them in the important task of raising their children. My desire is to be a trusted resource and source of inspiration for the families who trust me with what is most precious to them: their children, in an environment that focuses on values, learning through play, activities, art, singing, dancing, reading, connecting with others in the community to meet the needs of children and support their development.
